1. Who we are

AloManager is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for managing rental, booking and appointment, sales, service and subscription businesses, operated from the United States.

These terms apply to any person or business that creates an account, uses the management panel, publishes an online store with AloManager, or accesses it as an end customer through the customer account.

2. Account and access

To use the management panel you need to create an account with truthful information about your business. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You can invite team members with different permissions. Each member accepts these terms when accepting their invitation.

3. Trial period

AloManager offers a free trial period, with no payment details required, whose length depends on the business type you choose. Once the trial ends, you decide whether to subscribe to a membership; if you don’t, your account and online store are paused until you activate it.

No data uploaded during the trial is lost for not subscribing: it is kept while your account remains active, as described in the privacy policy.

4. Membership and payments

The membership is billed in US dollars, monthly or annually, based on the locations, users, online store and driver app you configure. Prices do not include taxes, which are calculated when you subscribe based on your billing address.

AloManager does not charge a commission on the sales you process with your customers: what you charge through your payment account is yours, subject to your payment provider’s fees.

You can upgrade your membership (more locations, users or add-ons) at any time from Settings, paying only the prorated amount for the remaining period.

5. Your customers’ data

The data about your own customers that you upload to AloManager (orders, documents, profiles, payments) is yours. AloManager acts as a data processor for that data, under the terms set out in the corresponding data processing agreement.

You are responsible for having the legal basis required to process your own customers’ data and for informing them in accordance with the regulations that apply to you.

6. Intellectual property

The software, design and AloManager brand are the property of AloManager or its licensors. This license grants you no ownership rights over the software, only the right to use it while your membership is active.

Content you upload (catalog, images, your store’s text) remains yours; you authorize us to display it on your online store and in the communications needed to provide the service.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep AloManager available on an ongoing basis, but there may be scheduled interruptions for maintenance or unscheduled interruptions for reasons beyond our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and do not assume liability for losses arising from a service interruption, except as required by applicable law.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for; no prorated refunds are issued for unused time, unless applicable law states otherwise.

We may suspend or cancel an account that breaches these terms, breaches applicable law, or poses a risk to the service or to third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AloManager will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service, beyond what was actually paid for the membership in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in applicable regulations. Material changes are communicated by email or within the panel with reasonable notice before taking effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of AloManager’s state of incorporation in the United States, without prejudice to the rights that consumer-protection regulations in your country grant you on a mandatory basis.
